| Job Description: |
- Recording day to day transactions into the Company’s software.
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis etc.
- Maintain fixed asset register and calculate and post the depreciation entries on monthly basis.
- Manages monthly bank reconciliations of branch bank accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoice to the customer based on the delivery schedules or the consumption reports dispatched by the institutions.
- Perform ageing of the receivable balances and collaborate with billing officer and respective sale team to speed up the collection. Write follow-up letters of overdue payments.
- Reconcile general ledger and payments collection report with head office.
- Manage delivery of incoming and outgoing stocks, reconcile the incoming stock with the inventory manager, and follow up of the supply in regard to DC and bills.
- Prepare stock reports in respect of the issue and consumption and reconcile the data with the concerned office and institutes personnel’s
- Liaise with the marketing department to analyse and converge the security deposits/earned money held in various institution.
- Perform month end reconciliation of all financial operations with Head Office.
- Should be well versed with MS Office
