Content Writer Duties and Responsibilities

• Content marketing initiatives to drive traffic.
• Brainstorm with the SEO team for new ideas and strategies for effective content
• Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original
• Develop content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, articles, and social media)
• Create eye-catching and innovative headlines
• Collaborate with SEO team and designers
• Edit, proofread, and improve content.
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion

 Content Writer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, English, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred.

• 1+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms.

• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.

• Portfolio of published work.

• Excellent grammar and writing skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
