Powersoft19 is looking for a fresh or experienced Motion Graphics Designer. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Collaborating with the Creative Director and multimedia team members to understand the requirements, review scripts, design storyboards, and create illustration and animations to best support larger media goals
• Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets, and the web
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members regularly as required
• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project
• Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Listening to feedback and altering illustrations and video footages as per requirements
• Ensuring that the final product aligns with the brand of Powersoft19 and its clients according to the relativity of the artifact and is delivered on time
• Use creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
• Use an iterative approach to create and review motion graphics
• Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications
• Should feel comfortable working with other animators, content writers, and graphic designers on the same project
• Assist other team members with their projects whenever required
• Participate in all activities assigned or directed by Project Managers and Directors

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proficient expertise in Cinema4D will be a plus
• Additional Adobe Suite tools like Dreamweaver, Indesign, Lightroom, etc. will be a plus
• Must be able to create, edit, compile and complete a video from the script or storyboard
• Must be able to find relevant stock videos from the internet
• Must be able to create, compose, or find relevant graphics for the videos
• Must have a good sense of music and sound effects and be able to sync audio with video
• Contribute to our video strategy and provide advice on best practices
• Should be fast-paced on the above-mentioned tools in order to achieve the target on a daily basis
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Photography and video shooting skills will be a plus
• Detail-oriented individual and an excellent team player
