| Job Description: |
- Conduct soft skills training as per organizational needs.
- Conduct training need analysis and coordinate with Head of the Departments and In-charges to determine training needs for employees of their respective departments/ areas
- Develop, organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend the existing ones.
- Design, develop and conduct new employees and workers Orientation Program as per the defined Company policy.
- Plan, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction in the organization.
- Facilitate the process of developing in-house / international training calendar.
