Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating all relating activities.


• Making job offers and initiating new hire documents needed.


• Check applicant references and send feedback to the Management.


• Update the concerned department regarding the joining date of the candidates. Assist in new hire orientation, development, and training course.


• Keep existing employees retained and motivated.


• Ensures that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.


• 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist including all functions of HR.


• Technical recruitment experience is mandatory.


• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are required.


• Ability to conduct interviews.


• Prior experience on any HRMS is required.


• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.


• Experience in educating and coaching staff.


• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.


• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.


• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.


• Motivated & Self-driven.


• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Generates periodical reports on Hiring Status on the recruitment.


• Replies to queries internally and externally on hiring
