| Job Description: |
- Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Face to Face interview
- Conducting Face to Face Interviews when & where required.
- Conducting computer assessments of shortlisted pool
- Taking follow-ups on calls
- Conducting role awareness sessions/Pre-NHT
- Taking care of recruitment lab while efficiently coordinating with IT Department
- Meeting required target of calls to close positions
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Maintaining records for applicants
- Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
