This position strategically leads and directs Production Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, MIS, HR, and Corporate Affairs;
- Sets the direction for organizational growth keeping in view short term and long-term goals;
- Contributes to strategic planning and decision making while monitoring and mitigating bottlenecks impeding the organization’s overall performance;
- Leads team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective;
- Ensures industry best practices, policies, and procedures with the objective to meet agreed business targets/performance matrices in a safe and efficient manner;
