Package: 

• PKR 125,000 - 190,000 per month (depending on experience) Plus generous benefits package- Lunch, Mobile allowance, Medical with dependents,EOBI, pension scheme.

All our solutions are delivered on a SAAS basis hosted within our own virtualized server infrastructure from datacentres in the UK and overseas, providing robust and scalable service offerings. We continue to grow in delivering new solutions to both our existing, and new customers, creating and delivering innovative, scalable, and robust software solutions to our growing customer base.


• As we look to step up to the next level of growth, we are now setting up a Lahore development office, and are looking for experienced Senior Developers for this office.


• This is an opportunity to get in at the start of a fantastically exciting new step in Calrom’s growth, as we look to deliver and support our solutions to more customers over the coming years.


• You will work closely with our Pakistan Regional Directors, and Team Leads (both in Lahore and the UK) analysing, designing, and building new systems and enhancements to existing systems.


• You should possess a desire to learn and work with unique, highly complex, online transactional systems, not run-of-the-mill database backed CRUD systems.


• To succeed in our forward looking, agile business, you should have the following skills:-


• 4+ years experience


• Architectural development patterns such as IoC, ORM, and MVC/MVVM


• Object-orientated principles, e.g. SOLID


• .NET Frameworks, C#, SQL Server, Javascript (and any of      its related client-side frameworks, e.g. Angular, Knockout, jQuery), HTML, CSS


• Knowledge of at least one of ASP.NET MVC, Entity framework/nHibernate, or WCF/WebAPI is required 


• Web design principles, and architecture


• Agile methods and processes, e.g.  SCRUM


• Understanding of security implications for public facing websites


• Application performance tuning
