Reporting to the Manager and Partners, Taxation, the Accounting & Tax Analyst position is an integral part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide income tax support for British individual and corporations. The role will provide experience in the UK taxation as well.

We are providing Payroll, Accountancy and Tax Advisory services to our clients in the UK. We are looking for professional to work on their QuickBooks Online Accounting Software, Receipt Book to generate financial reports on periodic basis. The job requires Good Communication Skills, QuickBooks Functionality Expertise, Accounting Expertise, Transaction Recording, Clearing any backlogs). Ability to multitask and ability to working in flexible and Excellent English Communication Skills. Candidate should also be fluent in English.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of UK individual tax returns.
  • Preparation of UK Corporate tax returns.
  • Work with other teams, including our team in United Kingdom, to co-ordinate information required to file client tax returns.
  • Prepare financial statements to support legal entity filings.
  • Assist in gathering information in response to tax authorities.
  • Follow up with HMRC and other government authorities on various tax inquiries.
  • Preparation of payment requests, journal entries and maintaining all related backup.
  • Retrieve and review invoices to ensure tax return positions are supported.
  • Prepare analysis on balance sheet accounts to support tax positions.
  • Maintain neat and organized supporting work papers and tax files.
  •  Assist in setting up Excel models.
  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Expert in sales & Income Tax Returns
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Filing, mailing, and other duties as needed
