A renown IT Solutions & Digital Marketing agency is looking for capable Client Relationship Executives / Officers that can manage its existing clientele outside Pakistan (majorly USA & UK) and can help lead the company with other online business development campaigns.

Roles and responsibilities may include but shall not be limited to,

-Communicate with existing clients about their ongoing projects.

-Manage queries of existing client-base

-Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client

- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

-Work on other online business development campaigns

Key Requirements :

-Basic knowledge about software development and digital marketing is mandatory.

-Must have prior experience in customer service / online client handling.

-Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)

- Must have a long term attitude
