We are looking for an experienced Administration & Compliance Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
Administrative Responsibilities
•Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
•Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
•Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
•Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
•Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
•Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Compliance & Security Managment Responsibilities
1.Maintains safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
2.Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
3.Obtains help by sounding alarms.
4.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
5.Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
6.Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
7.Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
8.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
